Photo Shoot agreement
Hey there! I’m excited to collaborate with you on this photoshoot. Here are a few things to know before we start, so we’re both on the same page.
1. No Money Involved
- This is a mutual collaboration—I don’t charge for shooting, and I don’t pay for shooting.
- We both have the right to share the photos freely on social media and personal portfolios, as long as it’s for non-commercial purposes.
- If either of us wants to use the photos for commercial purposes, we’ll discuss and agree on a separate arrangement.
2. Comfort & Boundaries
- My shoots often involve different levels of nudity, but I always respect the model’s comfort zone. Before the shoot, I’ll ask what you’re comfortable with, whether that’s:
- Modestly dressed
- Bra-free
- Topless
- Naked
- You’re always free to change your mind—before or during the shoot. I will respect your decision, no questions asked.
- If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you can end the shoot immediately.
- I’ll also avoid any physical contact unless absolutely necessary (like adjusting a pose), and only with your consent.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Once we set a shoot date, I’d really appreciate it if we could stick to the plan.
- I understand that things happens, but last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as early as possible.
4. Photo Selection & Sharing
- I’ll do my best to provide you with some great shots, but ultimately, I decide which photos to share.
- I avoid masking moles, scars, or freckles because I believe they reflect the most natural side of the subject. And I DO NOT Photoshop the model’s face or body unless absolutely necessary. I’m totally fine with the model doing any editing afterwards if they feel it’s necessary.
Let’s Have a Great Shoot!
If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, just let me know. Looking forward to working together and creating some amazing photos!
